701 North Brand is an eight-story office building with approximately 133,000 square feet and 25 tenants. 

Morlin Asset Management assumed management of the 701 North Brand office building in 2013. Our team updated the fire-life safety procedures, managed installation of new HVAC chillers, and supervised an elevator modernization in the building. We also worked with the listing broker to assist with leasing of the vacant space. The building is currently 92 percent occupied.
