Garland Center

The Garland Center, built in 1983, is one of the largest mixed use office and telecommunications buildings in greater Los Angeles.  It is twelve stories including nine stories used for general office space and three floors of telecommunications and data centers There are over 30 tenants at the Garland Center. The building is operational and serviced by management, engineering and security services 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

This building is a 14 story, 87,607 square foot medical office building located in Santa Monica, California. The building was built in 1971 and has approximately 40 tenants. Morlin managed the building for two different owners including a doctor partnership from 1996 to 2004 and a real estate investment company from 2004 to present. The building has been well leased (currently 94%) during the entire time Morlin has managed the building.

333 S. Beaudry is an urban office tower located in downtown Los Angeles. The building consists of 28 floors including 11 levels of parking and approximately 4,000 occupants. The building is the headquarters of Los Angeles Unified School District.

Soledad Entertainment Center

Soledad Entertainment Center is a 77,647 square foot shopping center in Santa Clarita with 20 retail stores including a theater, inline shops and three pads for future development. The project is a joint venture between an entrepreneurial investor and the local school district.
