SYSTEM OF CHECKS AND BALANCES
Two property controllers are assigned to each property and both controllers are knowledgeable of the detailed financials of the property. To ensure the accuracy of reporting, the alternate controller verifies the results of the primary controller. The alternate controller is able to immediately assume the duties of the primary property controller as necessary to ensure the timeliness of the reporting.

Through a strategic alliance with an internationally recognized insurance provider, we offer our clients the option of a more comprehensive insurance package at a lower cost. FORMAL TENANT RETENTION PROGRAM
Tenant turnovers cost building owners money. Knowing this, one of the first steps we take with a new property is to develop a tailored Tenant Retention/Satisfaction Program based on a tenant survey.
The program is modified throughout the property management cycle to ensure ultimate tenant satisfaction and retention.
